Customer called me due to the vehicle would unlock and lock with the key remote but the doors couldn't open. Found door actuators were jammed and needed replacing. The driver side window regulator also required replacing. I can say one thing, it was not a fun job but I got there in the end and with a very happy customer.

A customer had the vehicle diagnosed as a timing chain noise. The vehicle was booked in for a timing chain. I replaced the chain and road tested vehicle to found out that the noise was not the timing chain but a bottom end bearing. One thing I dislike is sh**un diagnostics. So now let's see if I can work my magic.
