Customer states- car won’t go in reverse & here’s why, never seen one this bad 😳

2017 Hyundai I30-clutch slipping. Customer was quoted roughly $8000 for a clutch replacement from dealer, includes gearbox and labour. Clutch plate soaked in oil. This means they already know this problem exist 😳 shouldn’t this be a recall Hyundai Worldwide??
