A huge thank you to all the wonderful Captains and Crew members who made such a lasting impression at the MYBA Charter Yacht Show 2026 in Sanremo, Italy. ⚓️🇮🇹
What stood out most to me wasn’t just the yachts themselves, but the atmosphere onboard - the politeness, the professionalism, and above all, the emotional intelligence of the crew. There was a genuine sense that people felt valued, empowered, uplifted and inspired in their roles.
You can feel it instantly when you step onboard and it shows in their smile.
We often say “happy crew, happy guests, happy owner” or “team work makes the dream work” and it’s absolutely true.
But that kind of environment doesn’t happen by chance. It’s a reflection of strong leadership and a culture that flows from the Owners & Captains through every level of the team.
When crew members respect one another and feel their contribution is valued onboard, it creates an energy that guests can’t help but notice. Even the most beautiful yacht can’t replace the experience created by a truly happy crew. We know that immaculate teak decks, service of delicious canapés & cocktails, beautiful table settings and the safety of all onboard doesn’t just happen without that teamwork.
Well done to everyone who is setting that standard - you’re what makes this industry so special. 🛳️ ✨ 🙌
