Another successful Superyacht Australia Tahiti Rendezvous has come to a close, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with Captains, Crew, industry partners, colleagues, and friends - while building new relationships in one of the world’s most spectacular cruising destinations. 🏝️
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped showcase the very best of Australian hospitality, inclusivity and collaboration across the superyacht industry.

✨ Event highlights included:
☕ Morning Tea Aussie Expo at Restaurant Yellowfin, where Captains and Crew connected with leading Australian suppliers and discovered why Australia continues to be the destination of choice for world-class refit, maintenance, marine services, and South Pacific cruising support.

🍽️ Rivergate Marina & Shipyard VIP Captain’s Lunch, bringing together Captains and Australian industry experts to exchange knowledge on refits, repairs, marinas, manufacturing, interiors, agencies, tourism, cruising itineraries, and operating throughout Australia and the South Pacific.

🥩 Pacific Provisions Crew BBQ Competition, where crews embraced the Aussie spirit with creativity, camaraderie, friendly competition, and some seriously impressive barbecue skills. Congratulations to everyone who took part!

🍻 Crew Networking Party, the perfect way to wrap up the Rendezvous - celebrating new connections, strengthening friendships, and enjoying Australian hospitality in true South Pacific style.

A huge thank you to all the wonderful Captains and Crew members who made such a lasting impression at the MYBA Charter Yacht Show 2026 in Sanremo, Italy. ⚓️🇮🇹
What stood out most to me wasn’t just the yachts themselves, but the atmosphere onboard - the politeness, the professionalism, and above all, the emotional intelligence of the crew. There was a genuine sense that people felt valued, empowered, uplifted and inspired in their roles.
You can feel it instantly when you step onboard and it shows in their smile.
We often say “happy crew, happy guests, happy owner” or “team work makes the dream work” and it’s absolutely true.
But that kind of environment doesn’t happen by chance. It’s a reflection of strong leadership and a culture that flows from the Owners & Captains through every level of the team.
When crew members respect one another and feel their contribution is valued onboard, it creates an energy that guests can’t help but notice. Even the most beautiful yacht can’t replace the experience created by a truly happy crew. We know that immaculate teak decks, service of delicious canapés & cocktails, beautiful table settings and the safety of all onboard doesn’t just happen without that teamwork.

Our Events & Charter Manager Anthea is dockside at Portosole Marina for the world’s premier charter yacht show, and what a fleet to open with.

Insightful, informative and genuinely inspiring speakers at yesterday’s Superyacht Australia Conference 2026 at Jones Bay Superyacht Marina - a valuable forum for taking the pulse of, and gaining perspective on, the direction of the Australian superyacht industry.

The perceived concern around Australia’s new legal requirements to identify a vessel’s Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) is, in practice, nothing new. These requirements are already mandatory across many European countries and other international maritime jurisdictions.
