🚗 Our Proserpine dealership will return to business as usual on Monday, 22 June.

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Filby's Motors is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administration Clerk to join our friendly team!

If you're reliable, team-focused, eager to learn, and enjoy keeping things organised behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

About the Role
You'll provide administrative support across various areas of the business, helping to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We're Looking For Someone With:
✅ Previous administration experience
✅ A current Open Driver's Licence
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):
✔️ Certificate III in Business Administration
✔️ Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one – training can be provided)

The End of an Era 🚨

Our last Toyota HiLux N80 SR5 48V Automatic Double Cab Chassis has officially found its new home.

Finished in Frosted White and equipped with Toyota Genuine Accessories including a colour-coded steel bull bar, snorkel, headlamp covers and bonnet protector, this HiLux looks every bit as tough as it performs.
