How does your headboard actually line up with your vehicle?
It sounds simple, but it’s something we’ve spent years refining at GWorks.
Getting the height right is a fine balance. We need enough space underneath the tray for things like water tanks and trundle drawers, the correct guard and wheel clearance, while still making sure the headboard doesn’t finish miles above the cab.
For us, it’s about looking at the tray and vehicle as one complete package.
Function matters. Clearance matters. Storage matters.
But so does getting the proportions right.
It’s probably something most people have never thought to look at.
Once you notice it, you’ll start looking at every tray differently. 👀
