Ford Everest
This Everest come in for a suspension refresh, after driving a company car that we refreshed and changed the suspension in, he thought it would be a good idea to swap his out, keeping a standard height but going for a good shock and spring combo that’s still set up for the weight of the Bullbar and occasional towing he does,
We used the IMS set up and now with a beautiful ride, a factory type stance, this Everest is now comfortable and well set up for the future 👍🏼

Came in needing a little help with some clearance issues when 4wding and getting to the fishing spots,
We recommended a 2 inch IMS lift kit, using a light duty rear leaf spring to accommodate the alloy tray and not shake your teeth out over the rocks.
Came up really nice and sits a lot better now and the ride is not even comparable to the standard suspension that was in the car before,

We are back,
N80 Hilux came in for a fresh set of tyres earlier In the week, found when wheel aligned the front suspension was very worn out with only an inch between the bump stop and lower control arm limiting the up travel the car had,
We recommend to replace the front springs and shocks with something heavier duty to help accommodate for the Bullbar and front accessories,
Fitted was a 2 inch ims Dobinsons lift kit,
Using the IMS kit the shocks where set to accommodate the bull bar and sit at the height that was needed,
In the rear we used a 200kg constant setup due to little to no load at most times.

Come in low and left 3 inches higher
Fitted was a 3 inch front lift with 2 rear to sit level and tough, upper arms and diff drop where fitted to keep everything in spec and some big wheels,
Still using the IMS kits by Dobinsons for comfort and ride,
Dirty Life wheels DT2 with some Sailun Mt tyres fitted in house to give it a wide stance and a great look.

We are still here busy as ever,
Here’s a bt50 we have completed with a 2 inch lift,
Come in standard and boring. Left big and good looking,
Using an IMS kit with rear parabolic springs for comfort and ride,
Also fitted where a set of upper control arms, this is so the wheel alignment can be adjusted to spec and will not wear tyres with the kit fitted,

Customer wanted more protection then the standard nudge bar, left looking like he could take on anything and win. But with style and class.
Dobinsons Classic deluxe steel bar fitted, comes in a beautiful black powder coat finish, tuff and durable.
Factory sensors retained and new fog lights and indicators/running light combo,
Winch compatible, adr approved and look great.
Retained his spotlights from the nudge bar and left leaving great!!
Bit of a cheaper option then some other brands but don’t loose the quality as you do with cheap Chinese bars.

Ford Everest, but of a switch from the Normal Hilux jobs,
Next Gen Everest, come in looking sleek and great, left leaving like a monster truck with a tough stance.
45mm IMS Lift kit installed and a set of 285/55r20 Toyo Rt tyres, tough look and a great ride still maintained.
Second or third Everest we’ve completed, honestly can’t keep up but absolutely loving these cars.

Ford Px Ranger
This come in making all sorts of noises and looking like it’s a dog trying to sniff out a treat,
What we found was the Passenger front strut to be majorly damaged.
We fixed this by installing a quality Dobinsons IMS lift kit
50mm from standard all around, front adjustable struts.
Also fitted were a set of Roh Steel wheels and Terrafirma Rugged Terrain tyres. For the aggressive all terrain look in a 285/70r17

Dylan’s 200 series.
In for a big change up and a good looking facelift,
Come in with the standard Toyota alloy Toyota bull bar and a set of lights. Left leaving with a new look and such a tough facelift.
Fitted was an Offroad Animal Toro Bullbar, these are similar to the predator bars but utilising hoops around the headlights, still made from the same great materials and in Australia.
We also talked Dylan into a set of Lightforce spotlights,
We used the Lightforce Beasts, these spotlights have the standard on off button in the cab but also on that switch you have the choice between Spot, Flood or holding the button gives Beast mode. A combination of all the modes and lights up the road with blinding power.
Dylan also upgraded his UHF aerial to a 6dbi Oricom aerial. Using a longer aerial gives better signal on the highway as they broadcast longer rather then higher. The small whips broadcast up but not out as much as the big. So when we spoke to him and gauged what he does more this was chosen.
The results speak for themselves and It almost looks like a new car leaving the shop!

Ford Next Gen Ranger
This Ranger come in low and in need of a lift up,
The owner opted in for a 2 inch IMS kit front and rear, set of wheels and tyres.
Wheels chosen were a set of Fuels in a -13 and a set of Nitto Ridge Graplers 265/70r17, these are some of our favourite tyres for looks and performance.
Owner was wrapped with the looks and stance on this one. Probably some flares on order in the future.
