NP300 Navara — Simple Mods, Serious Gains 🔥

This NP300 Navara came in with some clear goals: better economy, more power, improved reliability & longevity, without an exhaust that drones the cabin out. 👌

We fitted our 3” exhaust system and then got to work on the calibration.

📊 Before: 140hp / 330Nm
🚀 After: 210hp / 486Nm

That’s a gain of +70hp and +156Nm 💥

All achieved while keeping the tune at a conservative 18:1 AFR.

This is what you can expect from an NP300 with a simple exhaust + custom tune package — more power, more torque and improved drivability without going overboard.

🔥 79 SERIES LANDCRUISER — WAKE UP THE V8!

This 79 Series came to us for a simple remap to wake up the mighty V8. The basics were already taken care of with an upgraded clutch and exhaust — all it needed from us was the right calibration.

We got stuck into the tune and the results speak for themselves:

📈 BEFORE: 142hp / 333Nm
🚀 AFTER: 215hp / 718Nm

That’s +73hp and +385Nm from tuning alone.

And because every V8 deserves a little attitude… a complimentary hardcut was added that absolutely kills microphones 😂🔊

The customer got exactly what they came for — more power, more torque and a completely different-feeling 79.

And with this Cruiser already having plans for the future, it’ll be back for a whole lot more power. 👀

🚗 Another day, another vehicle coming in after a disappointing experience elsewhere.

The owner contacted us because the vehicle had recently been to another diesel performance workshop but still wasn’t running as it should. The complaints were all too familiar:

❌ Poor performance
❌ Engine lights
❌ Recently “tuned” but never felt right

Once the vehicle arrived, we put it on the dyno to see exactly what was going on.

📈 We couldn’t even complete a full dyno run before fault codes stopped the test.

After working through those issues, we found the boost tee hadn’t been set correctly, preventing the turbo from producing the boost the combination needed.

🔍 During our inspection, we also found the brand-new air filter had collapsed and been sucked through, meaning it was no longer filtering the engine at all.

From there, we started fresh.

🛠️ The base calibration was redone properly before we got to work with the ECU Shop MMKD, tailoring the tune to suit exactly what the customer wanted.

The end result was:

💻Base map 178hp
✅ 221hp daily/towing tune with improved drivability and response.
🔥 253HP performance tune, while keeping things sensible until the automatic gearbox is upgraded.

💡 Could we have pushed for bigger numbers? Absolutely.

But there’s no point making more power if it comes at the expense of reliability. The goal is always to build something the customer can enjoy with confidence.

This is exactly why proper diagnostics matter. Before we tune anything, we take the time to find the real issue, understand the setup, and make sure the vehicle is actually ready for performance work. That’s how you avoid wasted money, repeated repairs, and disappointing results.

🔥 ISUZU D-MAX 3.0L | EXHAUST + INTAKE CLEAN + REMAP RESULTS 🔥

This D-MAX came to us looking for a bit more performance - an exhaust upgrade, intake clean and a custom remap.

On the initial test drive, it felt noticeably lazy and lacked the response you’d expect from a 3.0L turbo diesel. After completing an intake clean and fitting one of our new-range exhaust systems, we put it back on the dyno.

The result before tuning?
✅ 103.9 HP
✅ 270.2 Nm

Our exhaust systems alone have consistently shown gains of 10–15 HP, meaning this D-MAX was likely making somewhere around the 90 HP mark in completely standard form.

Then it was time to tune… and this D-MAX came alive. 🔥

• 270.2 Nm

🔴 Remapped
• 180.9 HP ✅
• 545.0 Nm✅

We’re proud to announce that we’ll be supporting the i98FM Illawarra Convoy, a local cause that provides support to individuals, families, charities and services across our region who are facing life-threatening medical conditions.
