NSW Police Force infringement statistics for Mobile Phone Use while driving for 2023,2024 & 2025 for Wollondilly drivers 16 -19 years old. L & P plate drivers cannot use their phone for GPS either.

NSW Police statistics for 16-19 year old drivers ie red & green P Platers for 2023, 2024 & 2025 in Wollondilly are now on hand & will guide a "Hammer Down" for our U Turn the Wheel content in 2026 (& will no doubt be in the attention of Police )
I will post more stats over the coming days but this one is very disappointing & frightening and confirms the need for more road safety education & a higher Police presence in the shire.

A great day delivering our first 2025 U Turn the Wheel - Target Zero by Picton Rotary to Year 11 at Wollondilly Anglican College. We thank the staff of the college for hosting our event & for prepping morning tea & BBQ lunch.
We also thank Councillor Suzy Brandstater representing our sponsors Wollondilly Shire Council & South32 for joining us to congratulate our prize winners.

We are delighted to join the team from Think of the Five arrive ALIVE with Prof Freya MacMillan from University of Western Sydney joining up for a session with the students.

We had a great afternoon demonstrating our U Turn the Wheel drunk & drug goggles at the Rock the Dilly youth festival yesterday. Rotary supplied BBQ plus had a UTTW demo stall.
Adults & kids both enjoyed Walking the Line, trying to play coits & maneuver around the drive mat.
Lots of laughs .
Well done to the Dilly Youth Advisory Group & youth officer Jess from Wollondilly Shire Council plus Mark McDonald from Be Street Wise.
