Somtimes genuine parts are not so great, if they were they wouldn't break in the first place?🤣

Here I installed a upgraded full ally thermostat assembly over the genuine plastics ones which consantly crack as plastic and heat don't work together well, especially with boiling coolant running through out it.

Pros
-Wont crack again
-Half the cost of the genuine part
-Happy Days :)

DONT IGNORE THAT ENGINE LIGHT!!
Customer was lucky in this case, contacted us in a nic of time.
Her high powered performance Mazda Turbo MPS had a stretched timing chain. Driven any longer and could of caused sevre damaged to the motor and cost thousands in repairs. We replaced the chain kit in a day at half the cost the dealer quoted! Zoom zoom she was back on the road !!

This customer had an unusal intermediate vibration throughout his vehicle, he previously had the wheels balanced and new tyres put on but the fault was still occurring; So he gave us a call. With many years of experience and knowledge we diagnosed and fix the fault right away!
It ended up being worn cv shafts causing the intermediate vibration. While we were at it we also carried a saftey service with a set of new brake pads and wipers!

Here's what we've been up to the past week. Full front brakes replaced on the family's daily Patrol! Repacked wheel bearings and adjusted to spec. New rotors in and a set of heavy duty 4x4 brake pads! Now she's safe and ready for the next family road trip!

Check out that gunky build up! Customers concern: hard to start and lacking power.
We diagnosed the fault to be worn glow plugs and blocked intake. The glow plugs were replaced and we cleaned out the intake manifold. Not only is the Ranger running like a dream, but also has improved fuel consumption!
