One of our customers took the time to give us some positive feedback via email and suggested I share on social media.

Over the past few months, you have done a number of jobs on my Prado – this work was in preparation for a planned trip. Last weekend we returned from our eastern states holiday. In just over 7 weeks we travelled just under 10,700 klm with the Prado towing our (2 ton) caravan. The trip included some of the worse roads I have driven on. On the open road, the van just sat behind the car without any concerns. At time one would not know the van was behind the Prado.

At no time during the trip did we suffer any issues with the car. Prior to your servicing, we would average around 400klm per tank of petrol towing the van. On this trip, in some cases we achieved 500klm plus per tank. Best of all, we had absolutely no issues with the car during the whole trip.

I’m sure a major part of our trouble-free trip was due to the work done by your workshop, so thank you for your work and efforts.

If you cannot make your appointment whether DOT Inspection or Services/Repairs please have the courtesy to ring and cancel. If this does not stop happening we will have no choice but to charge a non-refundable deposit when booking.
