Metro Water Renewal Works – Access Information

Metro Water is currently carrying out renewal works in the area surrounding the resort & café.

As these works are managed by an external contractor, road closures and traffic changes may occur at short notice, and the timing of these closures is currently unknown.

To help you arrive as smoothly as possible, please follow the directions below rather than relying solely on your GPS, as some routes may be temporarily unavailable.

Please note: When departing the resort, vehicles must TURN RIGHT ONLY onto North Beach Road due to the current traffic restrictions.

Our café remains OPEN as usual throughout the works:

* Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
* Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am – 8:00pm
* Monday: Closed

We appreciate your patience and understanding while these essential works are being completed. We will continue to provide updates during your stay should any water outages or access changes affect the resort or café.

Meet the KW team! 🦢

Today we’re introducing our seasonal workers, Sharon and Darron.

These two have been part of KW family for over 2 years and can often be spotted carrying out their daily duties around the park, including:

💦 Lake patrol
🍃 Lawn quality control
🦆 Ensuring all ducks are in a row
📸 Posing for guest photos (from a distance!)

Shazza and Dazza take their jobs seriously, but they’re absolute divas when it comes to personal space 💅
