Pollen filters are essential for your health! As a crucial component of your vehicle's cabin air system, they purify the outside air before it circulates through the ventilation, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system into the passenger cabin. This 2014 Mazda 3 🇯🇵, with only 31,000km on the clock, recently underwent a service and inspection at our facility. Unfortunately, its owner was not informed about the importance of replacing the pollen filter, highlighting the need for regular maintenance checks that go beyond routine oil and filter changes, especially for age-related components. 🧐

This 🇩🇪 2011 Audi A4 was brought to our attention with a coolant leakage issue on the passenger side of the engine, specifically under the intake manifold. Upon thorough inspection, our team discovered that the water pump assembly was the source of the leak and required replacement. We promptly ordered a new assembly and replaced it, along with the necessary O-rings and gaskets. During the intake manifold disassembly, we observed signs of coolant leakage at the rear of the engine as well. It's worth noting that modern European cooling systems heavily rely on composite plastics to reduce weight and manufacturing costs. However, over time, these plastics become increasingly brittle due to thermal cycling and the rubber seals to lose their elasticity, ultimately leading to coolant leaks.

This 🇩🇪 2012 Mercedes Benz C200 underwent extensive maintenance at our facility. A comprehensive engine timing chain kit replacement, including VVT hubs, was performed. Additionally, we addressed several oil leaks, replaced spark plugs, and installed a new rocker cover gasket. Despite exercising utmost care, certain components, such as the plastic thermostat housing, are prone to deterioration due to age and heat exposure. We had to replace this part and waterpump at the same time. We also replaced several O-rings and gaskets to ensure optimal performance. Following the completion of these tasks, the vehicle was returned to the road, no longer experiencing coolant or oil leaks, and boasting a smooth-running engine again. 👌

🇨🇿 2015 Skoda Yeti was in due to transmission issues. This one was a quick flip; got a complete second-hand mechatronic unit with low mileage and swapped it on the (RCZ) gearbox, followed by cloning the second-hand unit to the vehicle. A few hours later, she was back on the road, selecting gears like nothing had happened. 😁

Alrighty! We've got this 2020 🇩🇪 VW Tiguan, which had some shuddering issues mainly on takeoff and when going uphill sometimes. Fitted with a DQ250 type gearbox, we took it off the engine and had a look at the dual mass flywheel, which we suspected to be the culprit causing the shaking. Surprisingly, nothing was visually wrong with it to be honest. We still went forward and replaced the flywheel with a new unit and reassembled the gearbox to the engine. We took the vehicle out of the workshop and could feel straight away - or should I say, could not feel any shuddering/shaking/vibrations on takeoff anymore. 🥳 Despite not seeing anything wrong visually on the original flywheel, it was faulty and causing the issue for some reason. 🤔

🇩🇪 2007 Golf R32 AWD Manual Coupe 2 doors - Best combination you can get :)
This beauty came to us with suspected fuel leakage on the fuel tank, close to the filler neck.
After fuel tank removal, we found out that the fuel leakage comes from the main fuel pump area.
After fuel pump unit removal, we found the o`ring worn out which will lead to external leakage when tank is full.
While looking closely, a tiny hair line crack was observed on the fuel pump unit causing external leakage as well.
Got both components replaced with genuine new parts, along with a new fuel filter and she was out of the shop in no time.
Very happy customer after the work carried out on his proud and joy. Will be back !

This 2003 E70 BMW X5 🇩🇪 was in for repairs following a service and inspection done a few weeks before. Rear brakes were replaced with quality Brembo brakes and diagnostic was carried out following lost of functions from several components around the rear boot lid. Rear view camera stopped working along with license plate lights, boot opening switch, rear wiper and others. After stripping part of the wiring loom, we found several wires split in half due to wear and tear from opening and closing the boot over 23 years. It was professionally repaired and re-assembled. All functions are now working again following repairs 👌

This 2017 VW Passat R 🇩🇪 was in for a complete service and some repairs - with 98,000km on the clock, he wanted to make sure that everything is done properly with premium products only for his proud and joy. We found the PCV valve blocked during the service which was replaced at the same time. Full driveline service done with all the filters and spark plugs replaced including the brake fluid flush which is due every two years in australia. Another happy customer left our premisses 🤝

🇩🇪 This 2018 VW Tiguan was in for gearbox related issues. Only odd gears were being selected. Inspected the gear selector forks and found nothing abnormal. After diagnostic and tests, found two sensors faulty in the mechatronics - got them replaced including a transmission service and she was back on the road with all the gears again. 👌

We had this very low mileage SLK350 in the workshop the other day, The gear stick got stuck on neutral or drive only - no reverse. After dismantling and removing the gear selector assembly from the vehicle, Inspected the assembly for broken internal guides, tabs, or degraded bushing sleeves that may have sheared off and found a tiny plastic bit stuck inside. After the debris removed, we verified the smooth physical movement of the selector gate by hand before reinstalling the console. Vehicle back together and road tested with success. We told the husband that we recommend to be gentle while selecting the gears and follow the channel. He replied my wife drove the car last 😁. No comments.
