July Recap - we may have gone a little quiet on here, however the workshop has not 🔥
The last of the OZEX Sierra’s kicking around, we had three of them at one point. Brian’s been putting his welding skills to work, coming up with some interesting solutions. Needless to say, if there’s a will, Brian will find a way.
Unusual but not unheard of, we had a swift come in for reduction gears giving it a quicker, more responsive drive.
This engine is picture perfect… of what oil starvation looks like. Worn bearing surfaces, metal debris, and an engine that was well on its way to failure. Just check out the scoring in those bearings.
Well isn’t that a mighty fine looking G16A engine. If you look real close you can see the vehicle it’s about to go in (*hint* it’s an APV Carry van)
Last, but not least, we had a bunch of diagnostics, handful of servicing, more engine builds, accessory installs such as rear lockers, reduction gears and this yellow fella had an ASC clutch installed.
I’m exhausted just thinking about all that different work, what don’t we do 😮💨
