-- Average charges should be $99 - $120 PH
-- Workshop is accessible up to 60 Hrs per week
-- Total cost for 1 Mechanic are $990 per week
-- Some work from our current customer base can be provided.
-- Assistance with cross marketing and lead generation will be given.
-- In case your maths is bad - 9 Hours of chargeable work at $110 per hour will cover all your Sublet commitments. Every cent you take in after that is yours. It does not come to us. You are your own boss with your own income. If you have to generate some extra money for a Holliday or to buy race car parts you can be taking home $110 PH!
-- Even if you need to build a customer base over a period of time, this can be made profitable very quickly.

Remember, once the fixed weekly amount is covered, you will have no overheads, no hidden costs. You will simply pay for cost of sales and your agreed fixed weekly rental. So, once you have charged out your required "sub-let" amount, you can start earning and taking every cent yourself. If you want to work 50-60 hours a week - knock yourself out.

1 x Mechanic / 1 Hoist / 3 spaces $990 pw all inclusive.
1 x Mechanic + 1 x Apprentice 1.5 Hoist / 4 spaces $1320 pw all inclusive.
3 x Staff / 2 hoists / 5 Bays $1650.

Perth Performance Workshop for sub-lease.
Looking to sublet a portion of a well equipped and established performance workshop in a central Perth suburb.
Over $300,000 worth of equipment including over 700M2 floor area, 3 hoists, fabrication equipment, engine building area and even a 4WD dyno. Part of this totally functioning performance workshop is available (to the right person) to just roll a tool chest in and start working your own business. A good mechanic in any field could start a business immediately and use all our equipment as their own.
