🔥 2UZ V8 + Beaudesert = A match made in heaven.

Blake’s super tidy 100 Series Sahara came through for a full Beaudesert Exhaust exhaust system — extractors back. 😮‍💨

Once the factory system came off ( not without a fight ), it was easy to see just how restrictive the OEM setup is. Safe to say… that went straight in the bin. 😂

The new system completely transforms the sound, flow and attitude of this 2UZ V8. 🎶🔥

But we don’t just fit it and send it.

Every system we fit or fabricate in house gets a full smoke/leak test before leaving the workshop. This test actually picked up a faulty O2 gasket, so we removed it, replaced it and resealed everything before testing it again.

No guessing. No shortcuts. Just a properly sealed exhaust system. ✅

That’s how we separate ourselves from the rest. 💯

Josh dropped off his tough 79 Series chasing the iconic tribute look, along with a few repairs that needed sorting. With short notice, we got straight into it and had the job knocked over without compromise.

• Twin 5” brushed stainless low-cut snorkels to suit the 79 Series
• Modified the intercooler piping by extending the pipe after it repeatedly blew off under boost
• Fully purge welded and re-bead rolled the pipe for a stronger, more reliable seal under high boost

This is only the beginning—this Cruiser will be back soon for the rest of its custom exhaust system. Stay tuned. 👌🏼
