Hi guys
We will be taking much needed R+R from Monday 1st of September to the Tuesday 8th of September

Just a friendly notice that we will not be replying to messages or facilitating anything work related during this period - we tried that last time and the much needed R+R never happened 🤙

Edit: got dates wrong, clearly need this R+R 😴

Zac's EL and tuning in the Twin Throttles, by god they make that acceleration SNAPPY - we done the loom and tune on this one originally, since then the vehicles proved itself has proved itself as a party, she should party just that little bit harder now I say 👉

Josh's BA Wagon, just in for a power run to see where it's at, no tickles!- this thing has been a top contender time and time again and surprisingly with the fuel not being 100%

Complete BA package "Street Tune" setup on both for the most part (Same spark, same filters, same demands but different speed density tables) - You cannot pull anymore power out of an unopened BA donk, timing changes in both Spark and VCT, made no more power- this is the same BA package everyone knows and loves, the same package that is constantly being refined by us in house

Time to get another wideband, something high quality - Seems the current one is reading a whole .1 lambda out unfortunately

Huge thanks to Rhys at RKGarage Performance & Electrical for getting me in on short notice again, for all the help and getting Josh's wagon on even though we'd already packed up - this man is a legend in his own right 👉

Had Adams GU patrol come in for re-wire and reseal and definitely opened a can of worms - I can honestly say I don't think I've seen a more backyard hack wiring job!

Fans? DIRECT TO BATTERY
AC? DIRECT TO BATTERY
Ignition? Yeah let's hang multiple fuses off their

There's a reason I was contacted on this one to stop it catching fire, utter cowboy s**t

New standalone fabricated, ecu and fuse box now located under the dash - gauges and cluster wiring also corrected alongside the dual battery setup - as I dug, I simply found more to rectify

Inspecting the bottom end prior to doing the sump gasket and rear main, we come to find number 6 rod had quite a nasty bend - engine rebuild time - Adam seemed to cop a double whammy on this one, so in went the following

•Spool Rods + CP Pistons
•ARP Head Studs
•Spool Pump gears and backing plate
•Atomic guide and sprocket with an IWIS chain

We then got it on RKGarage Performance & Electrical dyno to get the tune side nutted out as it was clearly tuned initially on a massive vacuum leak and wouldn't idle when warm anymore - ECU was later confirmed dead and conversion over to BF infrastructure will be made in the near future

Was playing some funny buggers and doing some odd s**t, but we got there in the end with it 🤙 still yet to dial in the idle 100% and throw in some party tricks but she's a pretty wild intech now

Big thanks to Rhys at RKGarage Performance & Electrical for hiring out the dyno, operating it and helping us through some of the gremlins

Going fowared into the new year, we will no longer be doing "party" tunes and similar minor touchups - there's enough people in Perth now, that you can see them to get it done instead! 🤙

Our focus will be turning primarily towards conversions and the auto electrical required for them along with all things mechanical on your Falcons and/or Barra converted rigs!

Here's two patrols we seen leave the shop in the past two weeks -

Gunmetal Grey GQ came in for the wiring on a ZF6 to Manual conversion aswell as some touchups to the tune - sure was a clean rig and drives even nicer now with a manual behind it 🤙

White GU came in needing fixes on the previous harness in preparation to get re-tuned by Dark Horse Performance and made 513hp! Still some touchups to be made on this one come the new year!

Another standalone out the door last week - Qualities improving and a few more tricks up my sleeve to boot

This one was for a BMW E36 - A chassis rather close to my heart as some may know - The chassis I done all my learning and R+D on was none other than an E36 also

Fairly basic track car harness this one with the addition of
•Astra pump ign output
•Fans setup on a switch
•In cab ECU with a fairly universal abilities of the fuse box placement

Keen to see this one out and about, sure has put a spark back into my own project and getting that fixed up after many moons of idle time 💪
