Kanes Vz ss.Has a stock Ls1 with a Faraone engines 22 cam package 5 years ago. That got him 11.38@ 120mph with just a few not ideal passes.
Now this stock Ls1 is running ported heads.
Although his 4l65 is slipping a little in this run. The cylinder head power increase already is 40rwhp and 100rwnm of torque.Trans issues fixed this ls1 will make over 480rwhp through its 3800 stall and 3.9 final drive ratio.

John's Stock Ls3 gets a new Faraone engines cam.This standard bottom end has a Faraone engines cam package , pistons cut for ptvc, ported 821 heads, ferrea valves, 25 percent underdrive,102 tb , ram jet otr, stepped headers dual 3 inch exhaust.
All tied together with a Faraone engines tune.

Result is again here delivering unmatched torque, power and drivability then any other stock bottom end N/A holden whether it be Ls1, 2 or Ls3 This one is just another 1 of them.

Producing 548rwhp and 664rwnm withy more to come. Great torque and power for a stock N/A LS3 Whilst maintaining great drivability to boot says it all about this package.

This and more is what an efficient combination and on point tuning can achieve with a stock N/A bottom end with a moderate hydraulic cam profile.

Dave recently purchased this clean Vu Ss 50. Under the hood is a ls1 built elsewhere ..Built means this engine has been built with forged pistons, forged rods , ported heads single plain intake etc.

Dave said to us hes not impressed with its drivability Torque and power delivery for a rebuilt engine. He had a dyno result of 410rwhp on a Dd roller.
Run as delivered on our hub dyno it made 408rwhp and 485rwnm of torque.

Result After only a re tune here is Dave picked up 30rwhp and 30rwnm of torque significant gains with much better drive manners.

Built the right way here, this engine combination would be at least 520rwhp plus N/A ls1 - depending on the cam profile used.

A quick warm up of the Faraone Engines naturally aspirated 596 wedge. Then its first hit to see the results of the manual road tuning in open loop with a wide band. [which is how i tuned engines i built carb or efi before i had a dyno over 38years ago].This first run is from 2000rpm to 6500 rpm limit because that's where i have calibrated to so far.

The next time on dyno the upper rpm load cells will be calibrated to the new rpm limit of 8800rpm to get the rest of it.
At 6500 rpm in this video this N/A Brute is already making some steam considering the power sapping 5k hi stall and 1 3/16 input pro mod glide 9.5 inch 40 spline 4.1 ratio strange ultra.
Driving this car on the street you wouldn't know its already making over 1000 flywheel Naturally aspirated hp! . This engine is tractable at low rpm cruising speeds it is mild mannered until you lean on the accelerator.

Its been a while since this all nutts Faraone engine has been on dyno.The last time was when it was n/a 700rwhp 512ci over 20 years ago.
Today The engines basically the same with the addition of a 4.625 stroke, more cam, more cylinder head , efi.
Its good to hear the 596 running after a long time sitting on the engine stand...over 10 years.While i put the suspension wirring and car back together time permitting.

Recently fired up The R/T charger has been cruising perth streets. Clocked a couple of thousand kms during that time cruising, including the open loop road tuning the autronic sm4 .
Now Its Finally Time to sit it between the hubs and give it a light shake down to see where the road tunes at.The Seat of the pants dyno and the michelin pilot sports are tipping its decent already.

This will be a base run. Before optimising it and turning it up extracting the full power it has.

Under this hood is a Naturally aspirated 596 ci Faraone engines wedge. Driving an Ati super glide four trans , a 5k rpm pro torque ev1 hi stall , 4.11 - 9.5 inch 40 spline strange ultra in the rear.

Josh had us re tune his Wk.As delivered with his previous maf tune the ls1 made 304rwhp and 439rwnm@ 4600rpm.

After a mafless tune here the stock ls1 responded with 340rwhp@5180rpm and 518rwnm @ 1600rpm.

We re tune a lot of previously tuned cars.And always improve power torque and drivability.

Zac's Vz L98 came in with a set of 1 3/4 pacemaker headers and a dual 3 inch pacemaker exhaust. To accurately measure gains we Run All cars up as delivered. On our hub dyno Zacs L98 produced 360 rwhp and 525 rwnm of torque.
Torque and power grew a lot from a Faraone camshaft and mafless tune .
The L98 now producing 482rwhp and 606 rwnm.
Our camshaft and tune 122rwhp gain and 81 rwnm from our number 6 profile. This package needs 1 7/8 headers to get full potential.
Torque and power gains perfect drivability and great throttle response Faraone cam and mafless tune.

440/572 wedge at 9500rpm gaping a 9.0 140 plus mph ford whilst power skidding . The 33 by 18 quick time Pro DOT radials struggling to hold 15psi boost and 1/2 throttle pedaling the whole run.
The Last runs in this video was The Following week. Power Turned down some more in an attempt to get some traction..Boost down to 10psi half throttle pedals throughout the whole run seen in the 3rd race against the 4wdr tt R8. That was more then enough to get the job done on crossing the finish line first while on the brakes 60feet before the finish line.

Not an easy task - This is a very short slippery surface making it a job in 3 seconds for this car to try get some traction out accelerate a 4wdr tt audi that has 100 percent traction in this 3 sec roll race Then have to brake 60 feet early with almost no braking area for this heavy tank, so early braking is mandatory and still cross the finish line first.

Sparingly using 10psi 1400 rwhp of the 4000Hp this faraone engine has in the bank. It still takes a lot more then an all...

Sparingly using 10psi 1400 rwhp of the 4000Hp this faraone engine has in the bank. It still takes a lot more then an all wheel drive twin turbo Built engine r8 Audi on big boost with drag radials on all 4 corners,to get near this chargers acceleration! Trying to get some traction Turned way down in this video 10psi boost and half throttle pedals throughout the entire 150 metre sprint against this quick tt r8.

Its was a challenge this roll race being very short no time for wheel spin against a very fast r8. And even more challenging with the very short braking area at wanneroo raceway the charger hard on the brakes 60ft before the finsh line, yet crosses it first whilst on the brakes.
Meanwhile the twin turbo all wheel audi r8 is still racing all the way to the finish line trying to close the gap.

Darren's Ve Ss L98 Gained over 100rwhp and 70rwnm of torque with a Faraone engines cam.. Now making 473rwhp and 592rwnm of torque.This is a very mild cam/ tune package that delivers power torque and perfect drivabilty.
As delivered this wasn't stock so the power and torque gains are more significant.It already had a full exhaust vcm otr and mafless tune done elsewhere. On our hub dyno as delivered with its previous work it made 369rwhp and 523rwnm.
