Dance Inclusion A hip and happening dance/music and movement program for people with varying abilities and ages.

DANCE MOVEMENT CLASS FOR ALL ABILITIES – 17+
The Dance Inclusion program is a Dance movement class for Adults with varying abilities where they can express themselves in a safe and supportive environment. The aim of the program is to improve such things as social interaction, confidence and self- esteem, fine and gross motor skills, coordination, sense of rhythm, balance and flexibility. Dance inclusion also attends aged care and dementia wings with an adapted program / music to suit

The goal is to enable participants to feel individually empowered to the best of their ability and to give the opportunity to express their own unique style of dance in a safe, encouraging and happy environment.

Hi everyone

This post is one of the most difficult things I have ever had to to do ….
With a lot of thought over the last few months it with great sadness that I have made the decision to finish up at dance inclusion .
I wish to thank every single person for the continuous support over the last 13 years . 💗💗💗

Meet friends for lunch and play games or craft after session

Our Medina session will be held at the Cockburn youth center on 4TH NOVEMBER at the usual time 12 - 1Pm
Doors will not open until 11.30 am

Please also note that many participants meet after at Cockburn Gateways shopping centre for lunch after 😀
