Our team is expanding fast: we’ve recently welcomed a brilliant new Admin & Sales Manager, promoted our new Operations Manager from within, and brought on fresh operational talent to keep up with demand. Combined with our long-term team members who love what they do every day, the energy in the shop is at an all-time high.

Now, our new Admin & Sales Manager is looking to build out her immediate team. We’re searching for a gun Admin / Receptionist to be the vital bridge connecting our inbound sales booking team and our workshop technicians.

No automotive experience? No worries—we hire for mindset and train the rest!

The Details:

The Role: Face of PDC, managing vehicle check-ins/handovers, invoicing, stock tracking, and workshop calendar scheduling.

The Fit: Highly organized, calm under pressure, customer-obsessed, and ready to bring a positive, can-do attitude.

1️⃣ Experienced Vehicle Detailer & Paint Correction Specialist

We need an expert who lives and breathes paint work, understands surface care deeply, and knows how to balance uncompromising quality with efficiency and speed.

What you’ll be doing:

- High-level multi-stage machine polishing and paint correction.
- Precision application of ceramic coatings and surface protection.
- Full exterior/interior detailing to a flawless finish.
-Working efficiently to meet shop turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
- Helping shape quality standards as PDC expands.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating applications.
- Paint Knowledge: A deep understanding of different paint types, clear coats, and surface behaviors.
- Speed & Quality: Ability to work fast while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Pride in Work: A genuine passion for delivering showroom-quality results.

2️⃣ Trainee Detailer (Will Train the Right Person!)

No high-level experience? No problem—if you have the right attitude, we’ll teach you the skills.

We are looking for someone passionate about cars who wants to build a rewarding career in high-end vehicle care.

What you’ll be doing:

- Learning the fundamentals of vehicle prep, wash, and interior detailing.
- Assisting senior detailers with prep for paint correction and ceramic coatings.
- Progressing into machine polishing and specialized coating application as you build your skills.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Great attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Willingness to listen, learn, and take feedback.
- A valid driver’s license.

This customer brought his Fiat 500 Abarth in looking a little tired and in need of some attention.

We removed the ageing red side decals, restored and protected the headlights, carried out a full multi-stage paint correction to bring the gloss back to life, and finished it off with a deep interior clean including a full wet vac treatment.

Another visit from our regular customer John, bringing his LandCruiser back in for some well-earned TLC. 👌

This time we carried out a full enhancement detail and paint enhancement to bring the gloss and depth back to the paintwork, along with a deep interior clean.red dirt and dust were worked out from all the hard-to-reach crevices, leaving the vehicle refreshed and ready for its next adventure.
