Service Truck Pressurising coolant.
Pressure tested System & Rad cap-OK
Pulled and checked EGR Valve & Cooler before getting it hot-Bone dry under pressure.
Carried out combustion gas test-OK
Ran up to temp, found water not cycling.
Remove,test and replaced thermostat.

Last minute call out for a customer needing Brakes on this Canter.

Whilst stripping this down I noticed it was missing a brake pad 😬

Love having a 20t press on the truck to speed these jobs up

Got called out for a brake fault which we recitified and flagged a worn clutch whilst we were there.

-Clutch
-Flywheel machined
-Rear main seal replaced
-Servo
-PWM Valve.

All repairs carried out on-site. (Only pr*****ed a little lifting the flywheel).

A bit of a bigger job in the workshop this week! 🔧

This tri-axle trailer is stripped down ready for a full BPW axle overhaul — wheel bearings, brake drums and brake shoes all being replaced before everything is set up, adjusted and put back together properly.

Keeping trailers safe, reliable and ready to work. 🚛🔧

Hino FE 1426 2019
Front brakes u/s. Shoes linings worn to backing plates, adjusters seized. Drums too warped.
LHF Hub nut picked up thread removing(honestly I think someone installed it like that looking at how hot the bearing was).
Customer had the wheels off already and one side stripped down.
Removed, stripped, inspected, reported and made a parts list.
Got done just a a storm rolled in thankfully :)
