🔋 WHY DOESN’T MY DUAL BATTERY LAST AS LONG AS IT SHOULD?
If your dual battery system isn’t lasting long enough, the battery may not be the main problem. One common issue is the location of the DC-DC charger. If it’s installed somewhere too hot or with poor airflow, it may not charge properly and can shut down.
A properly installed auxiliary battery system needs the right setup, airflow and placement to perform reliably. If your system isn’t lasting as long as expected, have it inspected before replacing parts you may not need.

SOME VEHICLES DESERVE A SECOND LIFE.

This Malcolm Douglas Troopy came into Autospark to be prepared for a new chapter of exploring while preserving an iconic part of Australian touring history. Over the years, the vehicle had accumulated outdated aftermarket wiring and multiple electrical issues, so our team completely rebuilt the systems to get it ready for the road again.

We fitted new spotlights and a winch, replaced old wiring, installed a dual battery system, and repaired the windows, central locking, headlights and wipers — proud to play a part in helping continue the Douglas legacy and keep this legendary Troopy out where it belongs.
