A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW GENERAL MANAGER, BEC
Many of our customers already know Bec from her past few years as one of our Service Advisors. Since joining Signature, she has received nothing but raving reviews. She’s calm in a crisis, clear in her communication and genuinely cares about making sure every customer feels heard and looked after.
The funny thing is, choosing Bec almost became a public vote we never actually asked for.
The little comments and whispers just kept coming from customers, suppliers and our own workshop team. Eventually, Adam and I realised everyone was telling us what we already knew. Bec was the clear and easy choice.
With Signature continuing to grow and expand, we’ve reached a point where having a General Manager who understands the ins and outs of the business, can support our team and shares our commitment to customer service and quality workmanship is an important part of our next chapter.
Bec has already made a huge impact on our procedures and staff training, and when we offered her this new challenge, she accepted with open arms. There will naturally be plenty to learn, but Bec certainly isn’t afraid of a challenge. We know everyone will support her as she settles into the role and continues doing what she does best, making people feel supported, cared for and looked after.
Outside of work, Bec is a local, recently married, busy mum of three and a huge family person. She loves camping, the great outdoors, has a serious weakness for cookies and absolutely loves photography. And when we say she photographs everything, we mean everything, right down to caravan toilets.
And of course, there’s Lemon, Bec’s very cute puppy who is currently coming to work each day. If you’re passing by, you’re always welcome to pop in and say hello or sneak in a Lemon cuddle.
Bec really is one in a million, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her helping lead Signature into its next chapter.
