We had Shanksy's Builds R31 RB30/26 Skyline in to break the motor in on the dyno and then give it a Pump 98 Wastegate Spring tune for now before we make the switch over to E-85 and take it to his brothers workshop over at Modified Performance Diesel to use their hub dyno to properly send this combo.

- Forged RB30/26 ✅️
- 6 Boost Manifold ✅️
- Garret GTX42 ✅️
- Bosch 1650cc Injectors ✅️
- Twin Walbro 460's ✅️
- FFP ✅️
- Link Extreme G4X ✅️
- Powerglide ✅️
- Very Loose Converter ✅️

We left this at 7500rpm and undertimed for now.
At around 18psi through the glide and extremely loose converter it spun up 477HP & 815NM

Kynan Brought his VY Burnout Car in for a tune.
This one was a little different being it runs on E-85.

- E-85 ✅️
- Bosch 1000cc ✅️
- Mace Stage 2 Camshaft ✅️
- 4:11 Diff Gears ✅️
- Party Pipes ✅️

Once we got it all sorted it put down a very impressive 218HP and a staggering 551NM with the 4:11 Diff Gears!

This should hold top gear no issues at all!

Had a callout to the Fowler Racing HQ to get their Drag Car all fired up and running on the new ECU and wiring.

This combo run's a Built SR20 with a set of nasty cams in it.
A new Haltech 1500 set up to run 2 stages of Bosch 1650cc Injectors.
Startup tune for the fresh build was done on Pump98, but this will run Methanol when in race mode!

After we got plugged in to the ecu we found a few setup issues causing it to not fire.
We rectified them it fired up 1st time!
We then found a few vacuum leaks and got them sorted then we were able to get it to idle cleanly.

There is a TPS sensor issue that will need to be fixed before it can head down to the dyno for the motor to be broken in and also a base tune put on it ready for the track!

Had Matt's BMW 120i Drift Car come in last night to run it up and verify everything was all good after a few upgrades. This has the Direct Injected B48 motor in this car and used the BootMod3 system to flas, edit & create tune files.

He recently ditched the factory turbo and electronic wastegate setup for a Pulsar G25-550 and External wastegate setup with boost now being controlled by a turbosmart E-Boost Street 40.

On wastegate pressure it made around 13.5psi and threw down 261HP & 395NM and on 55% duty cycle it made just about 20psi and made 330HP & 479HP!

This roughly made around 270hp on 22psi on the factory turbo setup previously basing off other dyno sheets of other B48 setups.

Need to get my head wrapped around the BootMod3 software a bit more still as I would like to richen the mixture up a touch more even tho this is a DI fuel setip which can run signigicantly leaner safely.

When I created a tune file from scratch I missed a couple tables that needed adjusting and it was closing the throttle body most of the way not allowing any boost to be made as a safety. Will be a torque limit table somewhere.
Being we were time limited as we got this car on the dyno at 5pm and Matty had an event the very next day, we flashed back in the custom rom he already had for the stock turbo setup and edited the few things that were unlocked to suit the aftermarket turbo setup.

Should see this car back and we might try and get this in or around the 400HP club!

Nates BF Turbo Barra Burnout Ute back in to run up for Silent6 Motorsports.

Session ended early with a weird noise coming from the diff & or gearbox so we didnt quite get the fueling dialled in. We had a few VCT issues along the way delayobg the process as well that may be oil pressure related with only 55-60psi at most.

E-85 Combo BTR Gearbox still and tuned using PCMTEC.
Big boi Garret GT40 turbo that spools basically instantly with the hi stall it has in it!

Wastegate Pressure of 12.5 psi made a touch over 400hp then ramping it up to 17.5psi it made 452HP & 840nm with fueling off and somethibg in the driveline dragging very badly!

Quick test hit in the complex and it comes on boost instantly and fry's tyres!

Keen to see this combo back again and really semd the BTR to the slippery heavens 🤣😅💪

534HP LS1 Based Combo!
383 Stroker 😉

We had our good mate Sam's VY Clubsport back on the Dyno just over a year and a half later from its forst initial tune!

This has a very unique combo in it.
LS1 Stroked to 383 Cubic Inches with LS3 Heads.

The Head and Cam package came from Kyri Race Heads.
There are quite a few special things done to these heads but lets leave it at that. The camshaft in it is in the 25X/26X range!

Mounted on top is a Brian Tooley Racing trinity Intake with the intake runner ports filled in to match the filled in Head ports.

Also has been converted to E-85 as the compression on this combo is 13.1:1 !!!!

T56 & 3.9 diff gears transferring all the drive to the wheels!

All controlled through a Link ECU G4+ Extreme piggybacked into the favtiry ECU, with a few dtc's removed there are no check engine lights and everything works as if factory!

This time round we revved it out to 7500rpm but unfortunately the clutch started to give up which as a shame as it was still wanting to climb!
This made over 820nm of torque before the clutch started to slip!

With the slipping clutch we managed to end up at 534HP & 781NM

Once again hopefully we see this back with a new clutch and even potentially hire a hub dyno (might run out of dyno roller speed) to really rpm this thing out and see where we end up with it!

Had Ben from Heane Customs new burnout car up on the dyno for a tune after he has finished the build.

We also helped him wire in the Thermo's to a switch, aftermarket gauges, fix some engine harness wiring & wire in am obd2 port so we are able to tune it simce the shell is a V6 VT shell.

This combo is a LS1 with ARP Headbolts, VCM 714 Camshaft, pacemaker headers with twin 2.5" side pipes for now. 3.9 locked diff and some skinny tyres!

This still has the factory torque converter which this camshaft pushes through pretty hard.

Without the gearbox and ecu talking to each other we weren't able to lock the converter but it still managed to punch out 365HP & 681NM all through the factoey ecu tuned with HPTuners

Chase brought in his EB Falcon that has been Barra Turbo Converted for a tune.

This combo runs -

-1000cc Injectors ✅️
- Apparantly a Walbro 460 Pump ✅️
- E-85 ✅️
- Pulsar GTX3584rs Gen 2 ✅️
- Turbosmart 45mm Gate ✅️

Unfortunately this had a couple issues that need to be fixed before we can finish the tune properly.

It seems the VCT solenoids are not working as the intake cam was locked at -10 degrees even tho the ecu was commanding and logging commanded varying degrees.

We also suspect there is either a fuel regulator or fuel pump issue as the fueling was going leaner and leaner with boost and not to mention having to fudge the tune from the get go so it didn't go dead lean right away!

Chase asked if we could still give it a bit of a tickle up for now so he can still drive it around and this sessjon wouldn't be a complete waste of time..... so that's what we did.

At 15psi it made 321HP & 764NM at around 4400rpm before power absoslutely tanked due to the intake cam angle not being as commanded.

We also wired in his thermo fans so he would be able to drive home as this arroved on a tow truck.

Keen to see this one back to fix all the issues and see what it will really put out!

Brads VY Ecotec Manual Ute came in for a few things!

- Ali Shroud & Thermo's insalled and wired ✅️
- Big Powersteering Cooler ✅️
- ARP Head Studs ✅️
- Permaseal Headgaskets ✅️
- Nut & Bolt Check Of The Rear End ✅️

Now this still has the Factory headers & cat as this has been set up wirh the ARP's and valvetrain ready to be turbo converted at a later date.

With that in mind it restricted power by around 40 or so HP on this dyno

It ended up at 180HP & 334NM at the rear wheels with a swapped in 3.46 diff.

Potentially this may get Extractors and a cat delete in the meantime and be back on to sort the tune out. Ideally just wait for the turbo kit and scrap the entire exhaust system for a new one to suit!

Chris brought his BMW E46 Drift Car in for a tune.
This previously had the standard BMW engine/trans combo in of around 150hp give or take.

He has just recently completed the revamp of this build.
It has now been LS converted with a L98 paired with a VCM713 camshaft, Custom set of extractors and 3" Catback. This thing sound so nice with a decent set of mufflers in the rear!

At the same time he also rear radiator converted it making sure the engine stays nice and cool.

This also has a VT-VZ diff conversion in the rear with a 4:11 gearset!

All this controlled through a Haltech Rebel LS Ecu.
Being that this motor was a fresh rebuild with new bearings and rings throughout first we utilised the dyno to break the motor in/bed the rings in.
After that was done Chris got under there and changed the oil and filter out for new.
Now its time to get the entire tune sorted!

We spent a bit of time getting the transient throttle and mid throttle stuff dialled in being this is a drift car!

Onto the power runs!

This ended up making 461HP & 798NM of torque!
It has a huge meaty flat torque curve which will feel great under the pedal!

This will be a weapon to drive now with a killah chassis it is slapped into!

Another drift car to watch out there running a tune from us 👌💪
