O-ring, gasket and coolant replaced. System bled and pressure tested.

Unfortunately for this customer their Amarok developed a serious coolant leak from the oil filter housing. Upon removal it was discovered that a crack had developed along the gasket seat.

It is also common for this to occur and create a leak between the oil and coolant gallery. This can be sometimes be misdiagnosed for a head gasket issue as it creates the typical milky oil residue which can be seen built up underneath the oil cap.
