Customer came in with their VE complaining that the trans was not playing nice.
Test drove and agreed with the customer.
Throw the car on the hoist and drain the trans and wow, the smell of this fluid and how thin it is will probably explain how cruddy this car is running. Remove the pan and 💥 there is the rest of the problem.
Oh That’s not supposed to be there…..

On today’s episode of “that’s not supposed to be like that…”
Here is a couple of pics of the rear brakes on the car, and the rear rotor once it’s been removed for replacement.

Now this car drove in and asked us to have a look at the squeal, needless to say I wouldn’t allow it to leave until it was repaired!!

Good morning all, As i haven't had anything juicy to pop up on here I thought I should at least touch base and remind everyone we are indeed still here!!

I could make you a pretty AI post or video, but at the end of the day, we are just a small family business, trudging along in what is a really hard climate for our industry. We know that things are super tough for each and everyone of our customers and members of the community here in Pakenham. So we have a couple of things to pop out there to try to make life easier!!

Firstly, we offer a 30% off discount for our seniors. If you live in any of the villages here in town, let us know when we book your car in!!

To all of our customers we also offer pick up and drop off of either you or your car. If you drop off the car to us and need to go to the plaza while you wait, no worries we will take you there.

We can also pick the vehicle up from your house if you so desire.

Lastly, this video is a reminder that cabin filters are really important and staying on top of your servicing does actually save you money in the long run.

Cabin filters do just that, filter things coming into the cabin but when they get completely blocked up and full of leaves they stop doing their job effectively resulting in poor air quality and nasty smells in the car!!

Been a minute but I have a couple of “THATS NOT SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THAT!”

For the Tyre shots, my beautiful customer said it was as feeling funny when driving…..

The push rods.. I have never seen anything like that!! Doing heads on this 5L and found the guides not centered causing the rubbing of the push rod.
