Irizar Asia Pacific is the Sole distributor for Irizar products in Australia and New Zealand.

Irizar starts its history in Oceania in 2006, with the first Irizar School / Charter unit rolling off the production line in the Brazilian production plant. That marks the initial movement of the most successful imported brand in Australia. Along these 8 years, Irizar has broken through the number of 500 units sold in Australia and New Zealand. With the objective to be closer of customers and mark the factory presence in Oceania, Irizar Group has settled its fully owned company in Melbourne the Irizar Asia Pacific P/L. Established in an area of 3000 m², Irizar Asia Pacific is the group headquarter in Australia coordinating all Irizar products sales and a service Network of 32 agents. Our Aftersales department is composed by 8 factory trained technicians with expertise to cover the entire product’s systems ensuring our commitment with “one stop shop” policy. Irizar Asia Pacific starts the new era of Irizar Group in Oceania bringing into the market the other Irizar Group products as such as Fleet management systems, passive and active safety systems. These systems are fully available for Oceania customers from 2015 and will be available in versions to be retrofitted in non- Irizar vehicles. Irizar Asia Pacific is a solid proof in Oceania of Irizar Group’s commitment with the customers.

🏃‍♂️🏅 TEAM IRIZAR TAKES ON THE MELBOURNE MARATHON! 🏅🏃‍♀️

Different distances. One incredible team. 💪
Last weekend, members of the Irizar team swapped their work shoes for running shoes and took on the 2026 Melbourne Marathon Festival!

From 5km and 10km runs to half marathons (21km) and the ultimate 42km marathon, our team of employees, contractors, friends and family stepped up to the challenge and crossed those finish lines!

Behind every finish line were weeks of preparation, early mornings, determination and plenty of hard work. Seeing everyone come together, support one another and achieve their goals is something we're incredibly proud of.

At Irizar, we believe that looking after our people goes beyond the workplace. We're passionate about encouraging health, wellbeing and an active lifestyle, and supporting our team in achieving their personal goals, both inside and outside of work.

Because at the heart of Irizar are the people who make it what it is❤️

🚍🚍 Double delivery for CDC Queensland!

Friday saw another exciting delivery, with two brand new Volvo Irizar school buses officially joining the CDC Queensland fleet! 🎉

It's always a pleasure to see more Irizars heading out onto Queensland roads, supporting local school communities and helping students get to where they need to go safely.

Today we’re celebrating another exciting delivery, with Irizar number 23 heading to the Trans North depot in Innisfail, ready to support operations in Ravenshoe, Queensland.

Reaching 23 Irizars is an incredible milestone, and seeing a depot now operating with almost an entire fleet of Irizar buses is something we’re extremely proud of.

A massive thank you to the Baird family, Paul and the entire Trans North team for your continued support, loyalty and trust in Irizar over the years.
Strong partnerships are built over time, and we’re proud to continue supporting Trans North as their fleet grows.

🔨 The BIC auction is back at and this year's line-up is a amazing!

Leading the way is the 2026 BIC auction bus, an Irizar i6. And she's a beauty 🚌 The 12.3 metre coach is built on a Volvo B8R Euro 6 chassis with a ZF transmission and seats 57 passengers.

This bus really was built by an industry. A big thank you to Irizar Asia Pacific, Volvo, McConnell Seats, Hispacold, Masats, Camira, United Safety, BSS, Precision 1 Tint, Novo TS, Hanover, Watco, Transcal and Solid Circuit 👏

🚍🚍 Two more hybrids ready to hit the road!

Today we’re celebrating the delivery of two more Irizar i6 coaches on Scania K360 Hybrid chassis into the QCity CDC Australia fleet.

Before hitting the highway, the morning was spent in the workshop completing vehicle familiarisation and driver training, led by the Scania technical team alongside Irizar’s Luke Eldred, ensuring the QCity team is ready to get the most out of their newest coaches.

A huge congratulations to CDC Australia and the QCity team, and another great effort from everyone at Irizar Asia Pacific and Scania Australia for working together to build, prepare and deliver these coaches within an impressive turnaround.

Training complete. Keys handed over. Now it’s time to hit the road! 👏🚍

Another Irizar has officially joined the Emerald Coaches fleet!

A huge congratulations and thank you to Michael and Rachel Baulch and the entire Emerald Coaches team on their newest addition. It’s always exciting to see another Irizar hit the road, but this delivery also marks an exciting period of growth for Emerald Coaches.

As their operations continue to expand, so too does their fleet and we’re incredibly proud to see more Irizar coaches becoming part of that journey.
