If you haven't used Empire before, here's the whole deal: there's no counter and no staff. You book on your phone, get a PIN, unlock the trailer and go — any hour, any day. Dump run at 6am Sunday? Marketplace pickup at 9pm? The trailer doesn't care. It's just there.
