This week is Coeliac Awareness Week
March 13-20

This year Coeliac Australia are focusing on Coeliac Disease in children with the Coeliac Australia Awareness Campaign 2023.
The campaign, which aims to spotlight the importance of increasing testing and diagnosis rates in children.

Some of you may know our daughter Lara was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease at 6 years old,
3 years ago.

Lara’s symptoms included:
* Unexpected weight loss
* Prolonged fatigue
* Persistent mouth ulcers
* Persistent, unexplained abdominal and gastrointestinal symptoms
* Severe skin rashes
* Failure to thrive
* Bloated belly

Speak to your GP about screening for Coeliac Disease if your child is experiencing any symptoms.

Let’s raise awareness about this disease because yes it is a serious disease, not a fad diet!

📌 Hi everyone 🤚
Just a quick update, as most of you know I live in Oran Park, My family and I DID NOT visit Woolworths during the time the infected person was present nor do we have any symptoms however for peace of mind I rescheduled today’s jobs & had a Covid test done this morning 🦠🔬
Results have just come back NEGATIVE and I’ll be back to work as normal tomorrow 💪🏻🎉
I will continue to have a weekly covid test until otherwise advised 🗓
Sorry for the long post, just wanting to keep you all in the loop and let you know that it’s business as usual for me 👨🏽‍🔧🚛
