We might be all about drag racing, street machines and performance builds here at Prime, but we love anything built for horsepower and hard racing!

This time, we’ve got something a little different on the bench — a speedway diff rebuild for Faram Motor Sport.

Different track, different racing style, but the same attention to detail and precision that goes into every build we do.

Whether it’s tearing up the drag strip, hitting the speedway or cruising the streets, we’re all about keeping the power where it belongs — on the ground!

Last week we dropped a new converter in one of the DropBear Motorsports Mackay team members car. On Saturday at Palmyra Drag Racing Club Inc this car went from running 12.50’s pre converter change straight to a first pass run of 12.13. Huge gains from one change.

The 1500 RAMS were stacking up in the workshop over the past fortnight. Both were travellers from down south and both had rear wheel bearing issues. A quick google search and they ended up with us. Sourcing parts for these trucks isn’t as easy as going down to the local parts shop. We swung into action, found the parts and got these travellers back on the road and back home.
