Ongerup Tyres and Automotive has been in the family since it was started in the 1980s and specializes in agricultural tyres but also has a light vehicle mechanical workshop.

Ongerup is located in a reliable rainfall area on the southern edge of the West Australian wheatbelt.

It is the only tyre service within 100km surrounded by well established farms and is a monopoly business.

I am relucted to sell the business as I believe the area has excellent long term prospects but unfortunately due to health and family reasons the time has come to find a new owner.

The sale comes with a modern 3x1 house complete with ducted air con on a 1000 sqm block.

The business includes freehold on 2 sheds. A light vehicle workshop with office on a 1000 sqm block and a storage shed on 2000 sqm with room to build additional sheds if desired. A leased shed is located in the neighbouring town of Gnowangerup, 55km away.

The plant and equipment list is extensive and worth over $750k to replace. It includes a 2011 Isuzu grab truck, 2 new Hyster 3.5T forklifts
(one with a tyre grab), 3 x Beissbarth tractor tyre changing machines, 3 x Beissbarth car tyre changing machines, 3 x Beissbarth wheel balancing machines, a Beissbarth wheel aligning machine and 3 Molar hoists.

There is also numerous air compressors, hydraulic jacks and porta powers,rattle guns, tyre levers etc.

Stock on hand is in the $300k range and included as well.

Annual turnover is in the $2.5 to $3M range with a healthy net profit.
