Still running the factory plastic overflow bottle on your vt-vz commodore?

Over time they become brittle, crack and leak, replace it with one of our in house fabricated alloy overflow bottles, designed to bolt straight into the factory location while giving your engine bay a cleaner more hidden look

Matt from PSI Performance reached out with an idea to mount a catch can under the unused opening in a customer's VF SS engine cover with the filter poking out the top, I'll admit I wasn't completely sold on the idea at first but after seeing the end result i think its turned out super tidy 👌

The first step was modifying a factory power steering reservoir bracket to clear the VF's pulley while still mounting in the factory location, from there we designed and fabricated a baffled catch can that clips into the bracket just like a factory reservoir, Packaging the 3/8" barbs neatly beneath the engine cover was a challenge, but we made it work. We also incorporated a drain plug underneath, just like the rest of our catch cans.

Zac dropped off his tough VK Calais after stepping up to a bigger turbo, to have us modify the 4” dump pipe and rework the 3” cooler piping to suit.

While we were at it, we added an extra V band to the front section of the dump pipe, turning it into a 2 piece dump for easier installation and serviceability
