A memory from many years ago, involves an explanation by two separate individuals, a couple of weeks apart, who had come in for a quote. Their words have locked in permanently. While assessing the damage both of them said "you know that noise when you hit a pram?" The brain boggles as to how someone could have this description to what the impact sounded like. And to answer their question, no we don't.
