While half the operation is holidaying in Bali for his 60th birthday, the other half is navigating through 16 karts in the workshop.

Lithgow turned on more great weather for Sunday.

A great weekend at Lithgow after a short break.
The weekend was complete with good racing, great company and good times.

Saturday was ladies TAG restricted day.
We had 3 drivers competing
Bethany Emr running her first race meeting after switching to Rotax power.
Sharleece Coan having her first race since ladies day 2025.
Nikki Clifton making a return to sprint racing.
Nikki set the early pace of our 3 girls qualifying in 2nd place then a solid second in heat 2.
Unfortunately Nikki was plagued with issues in heat 1 and the pre final before switching karts for the final.

Sharleece got quicker all day as she became comfortable in the kart again.
A great pre final seen a 2nd place while fighting off Bethany for the entire 10 laps. The gap no more than 3/10ths the entire race. She ultimately finished the final strong in 3rd.

Bethany had a strong day running 2nd and 3rd all day. In the end finishing 2nd in the final to Cianna Wagstaff who took the well deserved win after setting the pace all day.
Congratulations to all the ladies and hopefully we can build numbers for next year.

It was a busy past week starting with the Lithgow ERC 7 hour last Sunday and Lithgow turned on some great weather.
The team had some great results starting with outright pole position in a battle that went to the wire.
The race was no different but unfortunately a small mechanical issue cost the 59 kart a chance of an outright win but overall results were great with kart #70 having a trouble free run finishing 3rd outright and first in GX2
Kart #59 4th outright and 3rd in GX PRO.
Kart #36 5th outright and 2nd in GX2
Kart #46 6th outright and 4th in GX PRO.

Congratulations to all our other Maverick Kart teams on great results.

Sunday 7 hour, Maverick takes 6 of the top 10 positions with Kart #3 Five Lights taking the outright win.

The week following was spent building a new website with thanks to some great outside help. Our previous site is struggling to keep up with our continued growth and the same goes for our invoicing system. This also required 3 full days of counting stock.
Both the website and invoicing system are well on their way to streamlining your buying experience while also making our admin work much easier.
