Same car. Same transmission. Very different oil. 👀

This Nissan Qashqai came in for its scheduled transmission service …. and this before & after is a pretty good reminder of why those service intervals matter.

Transmission oil doesn’t stay fresh forever. Over time it degrades and picks up contaminants, which means it can’t protect and lubricate everything inside your transmission as effectively as it should.

It’s easy to put servicing off when the car still feels like it’s driving fine… but preventative maintenance is a whole lot cheaper than waiting until something goes wrong.

Stick to the service schedule. Your car (and your bank account) will thank you.

When the 2-hour job enters hour 7… 👀😂

Unfortunately, cars don’t always read the job card.

Sometimes what looks like one straightforward issue turns out to be a little more complicated once we get in there … or we discover another 1, 2… 3 problems contributing to it.

Trust us, none of us want to spend any longer on your car than absolutely necessary. 😂

We’ll always do our best to keep things moving and keep you updated along the way if a job is taking longer than expected.

Because sometimes “should be a quick one” are the most dangerous words you can say in a workshop. 🔧😅

Honestly, Garage 22 is about 50% mechanical workshop and 50% Netflix comedy special.

The boys take the job seriously.
The repairs seriously.
Customer cars seriously.

Apparently the apprentice has been hiding some media training from us... 🎤😂

First day with the microphone and he absolutely nailed it.

We're starting to think we've hired a content creator who occasionally fixes cars.

This ve clubsport i rescued on the side of the road broken down.

Found the alternator had failed and the battery had drained flat. Quick jump start got it back to the workshop to change out with a new unit and charge the battery.

Happy customers back cruising his pride and joy
