Some important information for customers:

Since December last year, some insurance companies have altered their policies in a way that does not allow the customer choice of repairer, unless nominated.
Major insurance companies are leaning towards working with larger repairers to avoid costs.
If you wish to have your vehicle able to be repaired in the future by Harris Panel Beating, you will need to list us as your preferred repairer on your insurance policy.
We recommend you read your policy thoroughly, as we have had several loyal customers unable to have their vehicle repaired by us, and forced to go elsewhere. (RACV mainly)

It has come to our attention by several customers, that many insurance companies are trying to force their customers to take their damaged vehicles to major panel shops in Shepparton. They are doing this by using the scare tactic of telling customers that they won’t guarantee the work completed.
We guarantee all of our repairs and pride ourselves in our fantastic work and customer service.
We want to remind our customers that is your car, and therefore your choice as to who repairs it.
We also have a loan car available to those who may need it.
Our advice is if you want your car repaired locally, contact us prior to lodging your claim, so we can help you with the process.
