Role Details
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Northam, reporting to the Operations Manager.
We are seeking a reliable and organised all-rounder to support our workshop operations. This role is a mix of parts coordination, stock control, workshop support, and basic administration, helping ensure jobs run efficiently both in the workshop and out in the field.

About the Role
- Manage parts sourcing, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure workshop & vehicles are stocked, organised & job-ready
- Support technicians with day-to-day workshop needs
- Assist with vehicle and equipment movement
- Help with job preparation and scheduling support
- Complete basic administration and invoicing tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Work in line with WHS and company procedures
About You
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethic
- Some experience in automotive, mechanical, parts, or workshop environment preferred
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Practical, hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
- Reliable and able to take initiative
Requirements
- Driver’s Licence (manual preferred, auto acceptable)
- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Clearance
