🚗 A Friendly Reminder for All PAROS Customers 🚗
To help us keep your repair experience smooth, safe, and efficient, please take note of a few important points before your next booking with us:
🔵 Parking
Parking can be tricky! Please park on the road and avoid blocking any driveways. This helps us move vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the day.
🔵 Bookings
To secure your booking, please ensure you reply “YES” to the SMS confirmation. Without this, your slot is not guaranteed.
🔵Rego Inspections
If you’re coming in for a rego check, please note it is a stay and wait inspection, taking around 20–30 minutes.
You’ll be in and out quickly! 🚗💨
Because it’s a short inspection, we unfortunately cannot keep the vehicle all day, but we make the process fast, simple, and easy for you.
🔵 Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please do so the day before. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to someone on our (very long!) cancellation list.
🔵 Drop-Off / Arrivals
Vehicle drop-off is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the day of your booking.
Please check in with a friendly PAROS team member to hand over your keys, confirm what's required, and update any details we may need.
🔵 Pick Up Times
If you need your vehicle by a certain time, please let us know. We always do our best to meet your deadline, though delays can occasionally occur due to parts or extra diagnostics. We will always call you if anything changes.
🔵 Courtesy Vehicle
We do have a courtesy vehicle, however, it is reserved for emergency breakdowns or customers needing transport during extended repairs.
