First Class Valet is pleased to announce that Sydney BMW has joined our client list.

Sydney BMW is one of the largest BMW dealerships in New South Wales, and a returning client. Our teams operated this driveway before and through COVID. Both businesses have grown considerably in the years since, and we are glad to return to a familiar brand, a familiar site, and a partnership in which the trust was already established.

In practice the arrangement is straightforward. Sydney BMW customers receive a calm and organised arrival from the moment they turn in. Dealership staff are no longer required on the driveway, allowing apprentices, technicians, service managers and management to concentrate on sales and servicing.

The appointment marks another step in a year of growth for FCV Parking Solutions across automotive retail, where we deliver valet, concierge, car deliveries, car park management, training and consulting. Every team member completes training through the First Class Valet Academy before stepping onto a driveway.

We thank the Sydney BMW team for their confidence, and we look forward to the partnership ahead.
