Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to manage spare parts inventory and assist customers with their motorcycling needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Greet showroom customers and handle phone inquiries about parts and accessories.
• Inventory Control: Order, receive, log, and organize spare parts stock efficiently.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by prepping parts lists for bike builds or repairs.
• Workshop Liaison: Work closely with our mechanics to supply correct components promptly.
What We Are Looking For
• Parts Experience: Previous roles in automotive or motorcycle parts sourcing if possible.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate digital parts manuals and inventory software.
• Communication Skills: Clear, friendly manner when dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Mechanical Advantage: Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle mechanics is highly preferred.
