Almost done been a bit slow on posts . Finally got tray back from sandblasters who colour coded tray but unfortunately they struggled with the fine metallic & I had to redo tray & sides 😩 but now 👌

Some major repairs on the doors today , they were as straight as a roundabout, paint striped the to save heat from grinder warping them on flat panels & then hammer , slapper & panel dolly & metal file to get 98% straight then a thin layer of 3M body filler & primer ...as good as new ... considering

200 series cruisers…..awesome wagon … 1 big problem with lower front chassis radiator cross member , with the front tow hook & bull bars air bag mounting brackets on that cross member the water can get in but can’t get out … Mainly 200s close to the coast or do beach work with only salt spray or worse going in saltwater 😱….it can b a very expensive replacement situation…. Due to the hole front end needs to b removed also with radiator & air condenser…. if u not sure bring it in for a free inspection
