Set up to handle the day-to-day demands of a busy crew, this build keeps things practical, durable, and clean. Fitted with Black Duck Canvas Seat Covers to protect the interior from wear and tear, along with a 3 door aluminium canopy to keep tools secure, organised, and easy to access on site.

To get the perfect fit, we also modified the tray by cutting down the sides to suit the canopy, giving it a clean, factory-style finish without compromising strength or usability.

Not every job has an off the shelf solution ! This one needed a bit of thinking outside the box.

A local mountain bike tour company came to us wanting a screen setup in their new Hiace minibus to keep customers entertained between rides. With roof mounted and headrest screens now discontinued, we had to go back to the drawing board.

The team designed and fabricated a custom bracket using factory mounting points in the vehicle, allowing us to install a swing arm wall mount paired with a 24” smart TV.

No drilling. No permanent modifications. Fully reversible when it’s time to sell the bus.

Clean, functional, and built to suit the application. exactly how it should be.

Another workhorse ready to earn its keep.

This Ranger came into the workshop as a standard style-side ute and left as a fully set-up tradie rig built for real work.

We converted it from style side to cab chassis, carefully relocating the reverse camera, parking sensors and blind spot monitoring so everything still works exactly as it should from the factory.

Up front it’s protected with the Ironman Commercial Deluxe Bull Bar, giving the vehicle serious front-end protection while still keeping a clean, professional look.

Out back we fitted a Bocar heavy duty alloy tray with trundle drawer, giving plenty of storage and durability for daily job site use.

To finish it off, our mates at All Bar Vehicle Products supplied a custom headboard and ladder rack, making it the perfect setup for tradies carrying ladders, pipe, conduit or long gear.

This is the kind of build we love — practical, tough and built to work every day.

Some photos hit differently.

This was our workshop when the signs came down — the place that carried us through some of the most uncertain years in business.

We moved into this space at the start of COVID when the world was scared, just two years into business. Bigger rent, bigger risk, and plenty of unknowns. But we backed ourselves, worked hard, and built something we’re proud of.

Six years later, we’ve outgrown it again.

What started as a small operation has grown into something much bigger thanks to our customers, suppliers, and the team that turns up every day and gets the job done right.

The signs might be gone, but the memories and milestones from this workshop won’t be forgotten.

Next stop: a bigger space, more capability, and an even stronger future for All Coast Auto Solutions.
