* YOU understand that Customers are the priority!
* YOU have a willingness to learn and to assist the Boss with all areas of the Workshop’s Services and Production.
* YOU really want to take some of the burden off this extremely overworked, productive and busy Boss!
* YOU are committed to the full 4 years, Certificate 3 AUTO Electrical Apprenticeship (even if this course is competency-based).

- The Boss is genuinely overworked and values your contribution, as his right-hand man who can get results, is honest, loyal, trustworthy and committed to a long-term stable future in the family business (EST 1962).

- The Boss will invest and teach you everything he knows, so eventually you run the workshop so he can step out to go fishing now and again. Everybody needs some time out!
And YES, he will teach you how to fish too!

Together, you will work, towards getting results, serving our long-term customers who appreciate and trust you!
