He also likes things applied, practical, and relatable. Being a Mechanical Engineer, and Tradesperson; and a Teacher, Trainer, and Assessor, it all helps him to get machines, riders and drivers happily working well in a difficult to predict world. He's a cheery sort of fellow that's happiest when students are happy, and building their confidence through skills and safety.

Red Coat legend and all round top bloke has committed to sleeping overnight in a Mini (yes a Mini!) this August – in a bad night’s sleep for a good cause.

The increased cost of living, impact of domestic violence, and lack of affordable housing are all factors contributing to a homelessness crisis in Australia. Champo has joined Sleep In Your Car a Mission Australia event to raise awareness and vital funds to help families find a safe home.

By giving up one night of comfort, he's aiming to help raise awareness and vital funds to help end homelessness.
