📣 Steve Toms has dedicated 42 incredible years to being a motor mechanic, including 36 years in the same Adamstown workshop.
For the past 22 years, he and Carissa have proudly owned the business, building something truly special together, and they have some news: We’re excited to share that it’s time for a new chapter. While we’re slowing down (not retiring just yet!), we’re reflecting on what has truly made this journey so meaningful – our community, who feel like family.
From generations of loyal customers to our amazing staff over the years, we’ve been so fortunate to share this journey with you. Together, we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of – quality workmanship, a passion for cars, and customer service that puts people first. Whether it was maintaining family vehicles or servicing fleet cars for local businesses, every job mattered to us because it mattered to you.
To our amazing kids, parents and siblings, thank you for your love, guidance, and support through it all. 🥹
To our staff, apprentices, suppliers, and colleagues, thank you for being a valued part of our story.
And to Carissa from Steve – you are what holds our family and our business together. ❤️
We can’t thank our customers enough for your loyalty and trust. You’ve been more than clients – you’ve been family. While this chapter closes, the legacy continues with Newcastle Service Centre. We’re confident they’ll look after you with the same care we always have.
