Recently finished work on this 1.5j x100 was in for its next round of work, we carried out the following

* Replaced timing belt and cam gear
* Installed House Of Jz sensor package wired them all into the ecu
* Rewired Yaris coils
* Carried out House Of Jz 12v mod to fuel hanger
* Modified exhaust to sit higher around gearbox area and then around the subframe made new oval exhaust for maximum ground clearance

Once all that was done we got it down to DVS Tuning for him to work his magic on it, unfortunately we ran into clutch slip on the dyno so power was limited to 22psi on e85 where she punched out a healthy 380kw but man does it have a massive power band 💪🏼

Recently finished this work on this clean mx83 sporting gods motor 1jz vvti with a low mount g30-900 we carried out the following

* Installed new Bosch 1650 injectors
* Installed new single pump surge tank
* Carried out House of Jz stage 2 fuel system which includes new -8 fuel hardline and -6 return
* Installed new radium inline damper with new turbosmart reusable fuel filter
* House of Jz sensor package
* Fixed oil leak from rear main

Once everything was sorted we programmed the sensors and found the previous shop had the fpr base pressure set to 80ish psi 😳 we also found the ecu had no safeties set up which was worrying drove the car to DVS Tuning for him to work his magic and managed to make 321kw on 98 and 389kw on e85 💪🏼

We did experience bad boost control mainly due to gate location on the factory manifold but he did the best he could, overall the drivability is so much better then what it was and now has all the safeties set up

Had one of my favourite evos in for more work we carried out the following this time round

* Modified rocker cover to suit -10 lines to the new ho**er fab catch can
* Had the rocker cover powdercoated
* Upgraded the alternator to the lampseed 170amp with upgraded wiring to suit
* New dixel pads and rotors all round with new endless braided lines

Had this super clean r32 in for some fab work after the customer installed a high mount turbo

Made a new 3” dump to the exisiting exhaust system
Made new screamer pipe
Made new hotside cooler pipe

Can confirm these have a lot more space then what a x100 does for a dump pipe 😂

Super blessed to be able to work on these cars 🥰

Another one out the door!

Had the drift beast back for the House of Jz stage 2 fuel system and rack replacement

* Installed a radium surge tank in the boot with a new walbro 525
* Made new custom -8 fuel feed hardlines up to the bpp fuel rail
* Carried out House of Jz 12v mod on the factory hanger

Now the fuel system has more then enough room to grow when he wants to pursue more power 💪🏼

Recently finished work on this clean JZS171 it’s not very often I see these come in! We carried out the following

* Head refresh
* Installed new kelford springs and retainers
* Arp head studs
* Genuine vrs kit
* Fuel filter replacement
* Installed Fenix radiator

This poor old girl in it’s previous ownership had been very under maintenanced resulting in a heavy build up of oil in the head so we decided to pull it off and get it all refreshed also installed springs and head studs for future mods this way the head won’t need to be pull later

Another one out the door, recently had this very standard z30 in for a check over as he recently bought it we got to work and made a custom exhaust for it 💪🏼 came out better then expected and now he can hear the true 1j note

Fitted two magnaflow mufflers and a 200 cell cat
