Another Evo fab up finalised this week for the team .solutions

-3.5" dump and front pipe
-Wastegate dump tube
-Clamped aluminium intercooler piping
-3.5" intake pipe with BOV recirculation
-Aluminium air box

Plus one of my original design Evo 7-9 catch can/battery box combos. A fully baffled 3.0L catch can and box to suit HC20/PC680 batteries, that bolts to factory mounting points and uses factory wiring 👌 I have a few more of these in stock and available for purchase for anyone looking to bling up their Evos engine bay

Another turbo manifold finished up and out the door last week. This one is to suit a Nissan Pulsar GTiR, SR20VE holding a Precision 6466 and a Turbosmart 50mm wastegate. Once again made from high strength 347ss, and completed with stainless EGT bungs for individual cylinder monitoring 👌 should all equal one spicy little Pulsar

New mid pipe made up this week for a track orientated Mazda MX5. The factory front pipe was cut and had a new high flow catalytic convertor added, with the rest of the system finished off in shiny new stainless steel. A new larger resonator was also added which dramatically decreased the annoying rasp from the existing exhaust, and helped to deepen the note 👌

The finished products. These two particular manifolds are destined for a Toyota GR Yaris that competes in gravel rally, which has been struggling with cracked exhaust manifolds. Being made from thick wall 347 stainless steel, these manifolds should definitely be up to the challenge 💪 they were finished off today with a port polish to ensure smooth gas flow from the cylinder head.

Something a little different through the shed this week, Vincent's LS2 swapped Volvo 240 😍

It came through for a new intake pipe, air box and washer bottle reservoir. Airbox and washer bottle were combined into the one unit, tidying up the engine bay massively.
Super cool and unique car, had lots of fun making this one work, thanks to Vincent for bringing it in.

Another beautiful S15 through the shop this week for some updates and a freshen up.

This car was fitted with a new Link G4X plugin ECU, an engine protection sensor package, R35 GTR coil kit, ProRace S15 intake pipe and a new fuel pump. There was also some time spent cleaning up the engine bay and sorting a few old wiring gremlins. This car now runs and looks amazing, making a very fun and reliable back road Sunday driver.

Another cool project build starting up this year is Hayden's Toyota Landcruiser.

What started life as a regular 80 series now features a shortened chassis, a 5.7L LS1 v8, 4l60e automatic and a classic FJ45 body. First stage has been chassis prep, including welding in new engine and transmission mounts, body mounts, and setting up the fabricated tube front guards courtesy of

Wrapped up this week with this custom intercooler fabricated to suit a Toyota JZX100.

There doesn't tend to be many off the shelf intercoolers to suit this chassis that will support big power, ironic considering the 1JZ powerplant. This cooler ticks all the boxes, with a Garrett bar and plate core rated to a solid 900HP! Bolts on to the factory crash bar mounts, utilises standard off the shelf piping size and location, and best of all fits with ZERO cutting to the vehicle chassis.

Now time for some data and validation on the dyno, should have more of these available for purchase soon for anyone that is interested.

A little project that has been in the works here lately is Cameron's K-swap EG civic project.
Recent works carried out include
-fabricate 3.5 aluminium intake pipe
-fabricate and plumb custom air/oil separator
-mount and shroud Maradyne cooling fans
-fit and plumb fuel system, including Radium Engineering rail and hanger and Speedflow lines and fittings
-fabricate custom mounts for power steering reservoir, remote TPS and Wilwood brake bias valve
-supply and install basic engine sensor package (oil pressure/temp sensor, flex fuel sensor, fuel pressure/temp sensor and intake air temp sensor)
-mount and plumb power steering cooler

Plenty more finishing touches to come on this project, should be a great little street+track build when its all done 👌
