Jet Sprint boat club spec harness we finished up today for the guys KMC Performance.

The boat came to us with the Haltech ECU & Dash mounted and battery cables made.
We got to work on completely stripping down the supplied Rebel LS harness and removing any unused or needed wiring out of it aswell as reterminating all connectors to do away with any patch/adaptor looms.
Due to this harness being suited to a car, we needed to re-route and trim down a lot of wiring to tidy it up for this application.
Wired reverse bucket actuator button to the steering wheel so it extends when held on and retracts when released using multiple relays for control.
Wire in supplied Bosch 044 fuel pump.
Wire and configure starter motor control using auxiliary 25a output.
Supplied and installed oil & fuel pressure sensors, TPS, IAC & coolant temp sensors.
Supplied and installed steering wheel componentry.
Calibrated and tested all functions using the Haltech NSP software.
