It's all in the detail! This LH LX Torana sedan just got a nice new front and rear windscreens in clear, but the locking strip is not what you'd expect.
We recommend running the Holden Gemini locking strip. It's a little flatter and a little wider so it looks more like the original profile, but most importantly it helps fix the problems that a lot of Torana's have with shrinkage/puckering in the corners. It helps spread the rubber out a little more so that the rubber sits around the body properly.
Regardless of what brand rubber you're using, we suggest ditching the "Torana" chrome mylar locking strip that all of the major suppliers send out and swapping over to the Gemini profile.
DON'T buy the Gemini profile online as you'll get the incorrect lengths (they're too short compared to the Torana). We sell it by the meter so that you get the correct lengths.
