Recently wrapped up a full saltwater cooling system service and annual service on a pair of MAN V10s and the Onan genset aboard this 48’ Viking.

Raw-water circuits all removed,stripped, cleaned, inspected and reassembled with new seals where required. Water Pump impellers replaced, housings inspected, and flow paths confirmed clean and unrestricted.

Engines are now back to proper operating temps and ready for the next run. Another tidy job keeping these big MANs reliable.

Katana done for another year, full service on the Cat C18 mains and Cat gensets, new seals in the tides marine shaft seals plus a spare set on the shafts and skeg bearings replaced. Running smooth as she should.
