PUAFIR305 Respond to aviation incidents (general)

We are pleased to announce our PUAFIR305 Respond to aviation incidents (general) public course schedule for the remainder of 2026, delivered at our Naval Base Training Centre in WA.

This is an exciting time for our training centre, with the introduction of our state-of-the-art aviation live fire training props, designed to provide realistic, practical and industry-relevant emergency response training.

Our Aviation Response training is delivered by qualified and industry-current aviation firefighters, ensuring participants receive high-quality training that reflects real operational environments and current industry expectations.

This course is ideal for emergency response personnel, aviation support teams, industrial fire teams and organisations looking to build capability in aviation incident response.

What a great few days at the Indian Ocean Defence & Security (IODS) Conference and Exhibition here in Western Australia.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, caught up with the team or took the time to share their insights across Defence, government, industry and the veteran community. 🤝

There were plenty of valuable conversations and a strong sense of momentum around the opportunities ahead for WA and the broader region.

A special highlight was The Better Together Ball 2026, supporting veterans and their families. It was a powerful reminder that behind capability, industry and national security are people, families, service and sacrifice.

From firefighting and rescue scenarios through to medical response and team coordination, the level of skill and teamwork on display in Kalgoorlie this weekend was outstanding.

We were proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event and to be on site supporting and connecting with teams across the industry.

Great to have Adam, Charlotte, Aaron, Chrisee and Jonathan on site across the weekend.

A big well done to everyone involved — these are the environments that continue to lift the standard of emergency response across the sector.
